Services Offered
Individual Therapy
Individual sessions are an opportunity to have focused care in a confidential setting. The therapist and client work together to come up with a plan to address a wide variety of struggles. This can include things like depression, anxiety, trauma, faith/spirituality, sexual struggles, addiction, and more.
Couples Counseling
Couples counseling is specifically focused on your romantic relationship. It’s a space to reconnect and/or work through any issues you may be having. Sessions could be centered on conflict/communication difficulties, lack of intimacy/connection, sexual difficulties, infidelity, or any other issue your relationship may be facing.
Family Therapy
Whether it'‘s parenting difficulties, specific relationships within the family that just aren’t working, or overall family disconnection/conflict, family therapy offers a space for all or part of the family to work through whatever issue they’re facing. Sessions focus on the family system and how it’s functioning and affecting each member so we can work towards a more connected, peaceful environment.
Faith-Based Counseling
For many of us, faith/spirituality is an important component of life. If that’s you, we can incorporate your faith journey into sessions, exploring how your faith can impact the challenges you may be facing and illuminate aspects of your story of growth and healing.

The office is located in the Lakeside Park office buliding overlooking Cranes Roost Park, next door to the Altamonte Mall. Walk into the building and enter Suite 111 (Lakeside Executive Suites), the first door on the left. Have a seat in the waiting area and I will be out to greet you at your session time!
